How it works

One ClosureClip per deceased. Placed in the natural gaps between teeth — no suturing, no chin supports, no invasive procedures.

Position the legs

Insert one leg between two upper teeth, the other between two lower teeth — in the natural gaps, just like a toothpick.

Press & click

Gently press the spring section until you feel a click. The spring steel holds the jaw firmly — and naturally — closed.

Verify tension

Lightly open the jaw a few millimeters — the spring should visibly stretch. If it does, placement is correct and secure.

Our story

Built by a funeral director who wanted better.

When Ainée became a funeral director, she quickly realized that suturing the mouth is invasive and distressing — both for practitioners and for grieving families.

Searching for alternatives that actually worked, she turned to her brother Niels — an engineer. After years of prototypes, materials testing, and refinements, the ClosureClip was born.

Today it's produced in-house on custom-designed machines, patented, and trusted by funeral professionals across the Netherlands.
